Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
